今天分享一款春季美容减肥食谱~
「薏米木瓜粥」

Spring has arrived!
Today I’d like to share with you a beauty recipe~
Pearl parley papaya porridge 😛 

以下食谱供两人食用

准备材料:
薏米: 15g
糯米: 15g
大米: 10g
木瓜: 300g

Serves 2 people

Ingredients:
Pearl barley(Coix seeds): 15g
Glutinous rice: 15g
Rice: 10g
Papaya: 300g

木瓜是一种热带水果,性温
我从小体寒
几年前去看了一位老中医
告诉我最好在吃水果前把水果放到微波炉里转一圈
我当时听了感觉很不可思议

Papaya is a tropical fruit, warm-natured
I have been feeling cold since my childhood
A few years ago
I went to see a veteran practitioner of TCM.
He told me that I’d better heat the fruit in the microwave before eating them.
I was shocked when I heard it.

不过后来渐渐爱上这样的吃法
冰糖煮梨
黑加仑苹果汁
烧西柚
这些都是操作极其简单且好喝的饭后热饮~

but then I gradually fell in love with this way of eating
Boiled pears with crystal sugar
Blackcurrant apple juice
Cooked grapefruit
These are extremely simple and delicious after-dinner hot drinks~

好了,废话不多说, 来看操作过程
将薏米、糯米和大米提前浸泡一个小时
我用了整半个木瓜
一个木瓜大概有一斤到一斤半重
半个大概就250350
切成块,去皮

Ok, no more nonsense
let’s look at the operation process.
Soak glutinous rice, coin seeds(pearl barley), and rice for one hour in advance
I used half of the papaya
The whole papaya is about one pound to a pound and a half weight.
Half a papaya weighs approximately 250 to 350 grams
Cut it into pieces, and peeled.

粥的厚度因人而异
因为我喜欢吃薄的那种
所以每次都加了很多水
如果你喜欢厚一点的
那就少放一点水吧

The thickness of porridge varies from person to person
Because I like to eat the diluted ones.
So every time I add a lot of water
If you like to eat thick porridge
Then reduce the water amount.

煮的时候最好用有煮粥功能的电饭锅
将所有材料放入后
按下电源键
大概一个小时后
锵锵锵…!
美容养颜粥就煮好啦

It’s better to use a rice cooker with a porridge function button.
Put all the ingredients in
Press the power button
About an hour later

Our beauty porridge is ready.

这个月的每个星期我吃了两到三次
不是当早餐就是晚餐
吃完后很有饱腹感
连续吃了两个星期都感觉瘦了~

I ate two or three times a week this month.
either for breakfast or for dinner
 I found it to be satisfying.
 After eating this porridge for two weeks,
I was even feeling thin~

木瓜不是很甜
不过我还是一点糖都没放
如果喜欢吃甜一点的
可以加些许冰糖
如果你觉得这样还不够营养
可以再放入枸杞、红枣或百合等
不过我是没那么讲究
家里有什么就放什么~

Papaya is not very sweet
But I still haven’t put any sugar.
If you like it to be sweeter
you can add some crystal sugar
If you think the nutrition in this porridge is still not enough
you can also add some goji berries, red dates or dried lilies
but I am not so picky about it
I just put whatever I can find~
